A French manufacturer of rolling-element bearings started a corporate energy efficiency program for 11 factories worldwide. A pilot plant was used to define the most appropriate EMS. In this context, AI designed and built an EMIS. The solution managed 175 web access data through various features: energy and financial analysis, automated reports, alarms, billing ... Therefore, the customer analyzes their consumption, measures energy savings, identifies drifts, negotiates contracts and simulates energy consumption thanks to performance indicators.
AI is a technical sub-contractor at a cathode manufacturer company, to help in the development and in the starting of PLC programs associated to supervision in order to monitoring and management of production of carbon powder called Coke coming in as a raw material in the manufacture of cathode products.
The main objective of it project is to achieve a supervision management and monitoring production of the raw material and the control / command in order to bring our expertise in the development of PLC program and supervision compliant and meet the increased production requirements of the site.
For this project, AI developed some modification on the API program for managing the flow of information of the systems of ventilation of a French research center's building, as well as the modification of sight on the supervisor, following additions of board help.

The aim of this project was to create an application for two machines to test several circuit breakers ranges produced by Schneider. These tests goal is to adjust and/or realise the termic control of each product.
AI was selected to develop a machine that produces phonic insulation for automotive gas exhaust systems. The main working principle is as follows: the shape is created by blowing fiberglass at variable speed in order to create an eccentric hole to allow the introduction of the exhaust pipe. Then it passes through an oven and finally the shape is cut at definite length by one or two saws depending of the producing cadence.
AI contributes to the startup of the first stage of the chain of industrial vehicles’ painting: the feather dusting system.
