For this project, AI developed for an orbital welding machine a man-machine interface made up of a touch-screen operator console.
The console is used to program the different welding cycles and monitoring. Information is displayed on different screens, offering the flexibility to complete programming in different languages.
The project consisted in replacing on a production site in Ales city, a SUN server that manages production data and to modify the automation architecture in place.
In this context a company specialized in professional IT responsible for the server retrofitting, commissioned AI in order to integrate a TSX PREMIUM responsible for concentration and exchange of data between devices. The TSX PREMIUM ensures the dialogue in Web Services thanks to the application developed by Bull and in JBus with a PLC network.
AI has also developed management application that allows the visualization of plant data.
AI realized, in a company specialized in the manufacturing of cathodes, improvements in the HMI of a room used for manufacturing raw material.
The project's main objective was to facilitate the use of the system operators.
This was done by removing local buttons boxes and adding in the control room an HMI on which all orders are centralized and different measurements are made on the system.
The HMI also includes functionality for scheduling heating commands.
Thanks to successful partnerships in several projects, a society specialized in cathode manufacturing and AI have worked together again in the frame of the modification of a cathodes trolley wire.

The project involved, among other things, the managing of the flow of information with protocol conversion and the use of OPC communication.
A society that provides design engineering services, techniques, and equipment for the treatment and processing of aluminium alloys, selected AI to standardize the company’s PLC programs and develop programs for the supervision of its continuous and vertical casting lines.
AI was in charge of setting up a system of performance measuring of a grain suction system embedded on a traveling crane.
The main objective was to follow the evolution of pressure measurements at different system points in order to plan the best preventive maintenance, but also to allow the crane operator to optimize its handling by monitoring the various measures.
Supervision being embedded on the crane, the functions of historicals’ export on an USB key were integrated.
