For this project AI has developed the supervision of five continuous casting of molten metal and has performed with an international equipment manufacturer for casting and molten metal treatment, commissioning of the first casting line in Turkey of a rolled aluminium sector company.
AI has also been entrusted the install communication network of five machines with a data server.
AI replaced 4 PB80 and TSX47 automates by Premiums ones in an aluminium production firm in partnership with Alliance service and an electric company based in Edéa. The sources were no longer available, all processes have been reviewed and a complete overhaul of the programs has been made with integration of GUI (Magelis) and adding new features. The methods of regulating the furnaces have been improved, allowing a significant reduction of fuel consumption.
AI started a new collaboration with a company of hydroentanglement field, through a critical project to modernize its pilot line. In fact this line is dedicated to the realization of all pre-sale of this line manufacturer of hydro-bonding tests. The project was therefore a strong technical challenge associated with a fixed schedule.

AI has made on behalf of a company specialized in the field of vertical continuous casting of aluminum the development of automation and SCADA application for an aluminum vertical slab casting system. The first phase of the project consists in porting the existing application from RSLogix 5000 to Unity.
The second phase will be the adaptation of the application for a new alloy aluminum - lithium. The application will be deployed on 3 casting machines in order to make it a standard program on the site.
Supervision will be carried out under PCVue.
AI partnered with an expert in transport and electricity management, on the outdoor lighting remote control and remote supervision systems for two royal estates in Saudi Arabia.
The PcVue-based system provides electrical power supervision and interfaces with Edelcom, which ensures communication with the lamp-post control units. Lighting control is provided by a Premium PLC according to an astronomical clock and photoelectric cell. In normal mode, lighting is alternated on odd and even days to save energy. The system also allows for a general override.
AI assigned an engineer to an on-line insurance company to develop web-based front-office solutions.
AI developed web service pricing and subscription applications to ensure compatibility with on-line insurance comparison engines.
