In the frame of the renovation of the remote control system of the power plant of REVIN (France), EDF outsources support missions to the responsible for the operation for the deployment of the RenouvEau project.
In order to optimize hydraulic electricity generation of Cernon’s power station, EDF launched a project in relation with optimization and improvement of handling pipe. This new facilities carried out by two control engineer of AI consist of a new program in PLC and a Human Machine Interface capable of collecting all the data from the application. The electrical power generated by the turbine is correlated directly with water’s height in the dam, allowing green energy production’s optimization.
The achievement has been fully adapted to the operating constraints of our customer to optimize the availability of its installation.
The automatism part of this project was entrusted to AI. For the first time CIH (Center of Hydraulic Engineering) from Grenoble, made subcontract for the execution of a plan of this importance : 4 AI automaticians perform tests on simulator and start up of the new management system of 14 of 18 hydroelectric power stations, distance – piloted, established on the basin of the Durance.
This system is composed of an TSX Premium automate under Unity and a PC of supervision under linux and manages the working of dams in local or since the regional center order of St Thules
AI developed and started on production site products.
ASTRA HONDA INDONESIA :
Installation of a paint sprayer connected on a MOTOMAN robot. All paint functions are driven by a MITSUBISHI PLC.
Data exchange between the robot and the PLC are wiring.
The supervision of the paint spraying station is made by a small display MITSUBISHI.
The eExploitation project consists in the monitoring of the power stations group, made up of dams and power stations.
Automatique & Industrie bring his technical expertise at the Hydraulic Engineering Center (HEC) of Grenoble, to the monitor deployment in particular by datas, synoptic, remote actions and alarmes configuration. The deployment team reply to contracting owner needs, by following a national standard.
AI did the installation of one robotic line of PVC application.
3 stations equipped with MOTOMAN robots are composing this line.
Each station is driven by a PLC that manages the equipment by deported inputs/outputs installed on a PROFINET network. Safety is done by Siemens distributed safety.
