AI has done for manufacture of electrical distribution equipment an application type of pumping station for a new controller, the RTU W@DE 325. This application was developed with the language IEC-61131-3 via the software RTU Control Schneider based on the development platform STRATON. The set of functional blocks developed is designed to be integrated with applications and pumping will be provided to integrators. Among these blocks, the two most important are the pumps selection block and the power management pump. The pumps selection block calculates the number of pumps needed to pump and then selects the pumps to start depending on their condition. This block calculates the number of pumps required in terms of levels of information coming from a remote equipment. He also runs a pump in degraded mode in case of loss of level information. The power management block of a pump can start / stop a pump to return its status (for block selection), to manage its operating modes. Via RTU CONTROL and its integrated simulator, AI has developed synoptic simple to fly and test the process directly without controller. |
