AI has made on behalf of Huchinson revamping of the electrical part and the controlling and monitoring of an extruder of rubber profiles. This machine is used to heat the raw rubber to give it a shape through a die placed at the output. Thanks to a Magelis type HMI, the operator sets: - The temperature reached in the 5 zones of the extruder, - Parameters of the PID of the 5 areas - The speed of rotation of the screw of the extruder. A Telemecanique M340 PLC is connected to this terminal. This controller allows: - Compute commands to send to cold valves and relay heats in each area through PID. - Sending the speed reference to drive EUROTHERM. |
