AI developed for SERMAS company some SCADA systems of sawing installation. Our work was to put in place some HMI allowing: - Parameters entries as products tracking in upstream sawing line. - Installation management in maintenance mode - Displaying of working status as faults of miscellaneous devices (motors, cylinders, ...) - ... from several panels. In fact, this sawing line can be driven by a touch and key mobile panel (Siemens MP177) that allows doing maintenance by plugging it at several places of the installation.. Moreover, sawing data can be modified and/or read from an input 8'' touch panel TP177. |
