AI developed for company of interfaces of sawing oversight a SCADA system of cathode sealing. Our work was to put in place an HMI allowing: - Installation management in semi-automatic mode or in maintenance (launching of programmed sequences or driving of each actuator separately) - Displaying of working status as faults of miscellaneous devices (motors, cylinders, ..) - Tracing curves for heating cycle - Products tracking on the line - ... This installation is managed from a touch panel (Siemens MP277). |
