AI developed for company of interfaces of sawing oversight some SCADA systems of sawing installation. Our work was to put in place some standard HMI allowing: - Parameters entries as products tracking - Installation management - Displaying of working status as faults of miscellaneous devices (motors, cylinders, ...) - Displaying of sequences - ... from several panels. In fact, this sawing line can be driven from a 15'' touch panel MP370 of Siemens brand. Moreover, sawing data can be modified and/or read from an input 8'' touch panel TP177. Finally, a touch mobile panel allows doing maintenance by plugging it at several places of the installation. |
