A supplier in the automotive field selected A.I. to develop and implement an automated robotic paint station for a major car manufacturer in Finland. The station is composed of four Motoman robots and designed to paint the Porsche Cayman and Boxter models. A.I. developed the entire man machine interface (MMI), as well as the automated opening and closing process (doors, hood... to allow the robots to paint the vehicle interiors and exteriors. |
