A.I's track record in AGL convinced the French Civil Aviation Authority to select the firm as provider of ground lighting to St. Denis (Réunion), Nouméa (New Caledonia), Pointe à Pitre (Guadeloupe), and Cayenne (French Guyana) airports. The aim of the project was to standardize operations at all sites. Built around a redundant Schneider PLC (developed by A.I) and Proface monitoring and maintenance station, the system dispatches AGL information through the PLC to general supervision and to the airport operator (CCI). |
