For this project A.I developed an automation system comprising a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), operator console, and supervision system to ensure monitoring, control, and quick troubleshooting. Using a functional diagram as the basis for the system allows the status of each sensor and actuator to be monitored, thus facilitating maintenance. Monitoring and fault records are archived for traceability. |
