French airspace is supervised by five regional air-traffic control centers (CNRA). CNRA-Est in Reims is in charge of air-traffic control for all of eastern France. In order for CRNA-Est to carry out this mission, it must have up-to-the-minute information on the electrical supply network. In order to provide continuous, reliable service to aircraft in the center's airspace, the center's power supply was carefully designed and a supervision system implemented. |
