AI worked on the DUNG QUAT refinery project in partnership with a major electrical devices supplier, during the specification process and also during the programming of PLC and HMI software.

Main functional features:

  • Load shedding of LV devices
  • Load sharing and power quality management of the electrical sources to ensure the best supply at minimum cost.

Technical features:

  • More than 1 500 monitored devices (10 000 I/O variables)
  • PLC programming for the main Hot-Standby Quantum PLC (site management) and the numerous remote PLCs in 15 satellites.

While upgrading the complete Electrical control and Supervision System at the Meridien Hotel in Dakar, AI first adapted it to the existing system and replaced the PB400 type PLC with a Schneider Premium and 3 Micro PLC in different vaults.

Our team then replaced the supervision SCADA to allow for optimized and safe electrical management.

AI provided the Building Management System (BMS) for the new NHRA hospital in Annecy, France. The system handles more than 4,000 control points spread across seven concentrator PLCs, six operating PCs, and a standby call system.

AI won a contract to integrate Hot Stand by redundancy to SABINE, a generic electrical loop reconfiguration system. This generic system can be installed at any facility that has the appropriate architecture. The availability of this system is significantly increased.

Main functions:

  • Site architecture is determined via the configuration MMI,
  • Loops are automatically reconfigured after a fault.

Designed and tested fully platform through simulation scripts HTA system.
