AI makes the airfield lighting control and monitoring system for the military airbase of Reggane, Algeria.

This military base is composed of two parallel tracks in category III.

The system proposed by AI is made of four supervisors for both the operation and maintenance support of all elements constituting the markup.

Our application manages both markup and energy sources.

AI interfaces and controls the management system of the ASP stop bar.

AI developed the airfield lighting control and monitoring system for St. Yan airfield in 1999.

The installation controls and monitors the runway lighting via a PC equipped with Easyview software and offers direct links to I/O terminals and THO regulators.

In 2008, AI developed an airfield lighting control and monitoring system for Sunshine Airport, in Australia.

This fully-secured system used an Ethernet connection and redundancies at the PLC (TSX Premium), and power-supply levels to ensure uninterrupted service.

Thanks to its presence in Saudi Arabia for the power management of royal infrastructures, AI has been given the renovation project of the control and monitoring system of 4 airports.
The difficulty of this project was to design an identical operation and ergonomics for all sites to the attention of customers having different needs.

The experience of AI in the airport field has permitted to make this project with intuitive interfaces to facilitate as much as possible its use by operators.

This WAGO PLC-based installation is small in size, reliable, quick to install, and easy to expand. It offers control and command functions for the whole heliport AGL system.
Redundant PCs and power supplies and reliable WAGO PLC equipment ensure uninterrupted service.

AI is a technical sub-contractor at a cathode manufacturer, to help in the development and in the starting of PLC programs associated to supervision in order to monitoring and management of production of carbon powder called Coke coming in as a raw material in the manufacture of cathode products.

The main objective of it project is to achieve a supervision management and monitoring production of the raw material and the control / command in order to bring our expertise in the development of PLC program and supervision compliant and meet the increased production requirements of the site.
