AI has made the renovation of BMS facilities on a customer industrial site. This project replaced the automatic management of heating / cooling of some buildings on the site.
These facilities are responsible for managing HVAC, energy production and technical alarms. The conduct and the provision of information and alarms monitoring is performed by a dedicated hardware BMS.
The renovated facilities was of a sensitive nature to some, guard (Alarms site), Restaurant (Switching in a very short time), replacement of hydraulic components.
AI took over the entire project and manage the activities of the different actors in the BMS (Electricians, pipe) while performing automation.
These works can now ensure optimal management of the facilities.
AI took part in the reconstruction of the Liquefied Natural Gas Train of Skikda, Algeria. This follows an accident in April 2004.
In more detail, AI specified and realised the power management system of the new facilities' electrical network: Load-Shedding, Load-Sharing and Electrical Synchronisation functions. A control and monitoring system has been also made.
AI acts on behalf of SEMITAG, in the frame of a project consisting in integrating anti-squealing power stations to the existing BMS.
These plants are used to grease the rails of the tramway in the city center to avoid the unpleasant screeching noise for nearby residents.
The project objective was to enslave the functioning of the 13 power stations to a rain sensor to save grease.
It was also scheduled to transfer information on the existing BMS, and to allow a stop and forcing from the positions of BMS, in order to ease the maintenance actions.
The information was fed back on the BMS through modules on Ethernet.
8 heavy clients throughout the various branches of the Semitag.
The entire commissioning was completed without business interruption..
The SMTC, the public transport society of Grenoble has entrusted the renovation and the extension of the Centralized Technical Management to AI through Bouygues Energies Services.
The current SCADA has been developed under PcVue. The installed computers and servers during the addition of the line C have been out of date.
The application will be extended to integrate the new line which is composed of 7 substations of energy, 6 zones of operation and 13 traveller stations.
For this project, AI developed several PLC programs for the command/control systems of various 20kV, 5.5kV, and 380V electrical substations at Port Gentil refinery.
AI is contributing to the development and improvement of technical management, computer-aided maintenance, and traffic-data communication software modules for the super-safe twin tunnel on the A86 highway west of Paris.
