AI and its partner Schneider perform in North sea on a rig. Located 75 km West Shetland Islands, Clair Ridge is the second phase of the Clair Field development. Initially scheduled to 2028, Clair Ridge project will give access to 640 million barrels and see up to 120 thousand barrels per day at peak extending the life of the field to 2050.

Schneider provides HV, MV and LV boards including SEPAM, TeSys-T, OTB and SISGATEWAY necessary to allow communication between all those devices and ICSS control room managed by Emerson. For this commissioning, AI uses all its skills in industrial network, ModBus TCP/IP, frames analysis and knowledge in bus devices regularly used in automation (TeSys, OTB,…)

Building Management System - AI's headquarter

The aim of the project is to realize the Building Management System (BMS) and Energy Managment of AI’s headquarters in St-Jean-de-Moirans (FRANCE).

This building have been constructed to follow the growth of AI and satisfies the new French norm “BBC” (Low Consumption Building).

The BMS of Automatique & Industrie’s headquarters will ensure optimal function modes for the confort of it’s occupants in terms of heating, cooling and lighting, but will also preserve its energy consumption.

Designed as an experimental showroom, this tool is used to perfect AI’s offer and the expertise of its collaborators in systems regulation and user’s comfort understanding.

The BMS is realized through dedicated automatons connected with a communication network.

Automatique & Industrie collaborates with an expert in electrotechnic field, for automation of a cryogenic DEWAR for Absolut System aim for a US laboratory.

The physical constraints related to extreme cryogenic needed a particular use of research to define the sensors such as the level of liquid nitrogen from a superheated temperature probe by a non destructive current.

During the design of this system, we have provided a scalable system in terms of programming to allow the US laboratory researchers maximum adaptability to their future needs. We also developped interfacing with a robot developed later.

The penitentiary of St Quentin Fallavier choses Automatique & Indusrie to update its supervision system with the aim of adding the familial unit.

Indeed, the supervision application developed and the PLC program have to be modified to add the new familial unit.

With the aim of controlling energy bills, the hospital center can from now on consult the measurements of energy meters on the supervision system in operation.

The Annecy-Genevois Hospital Center choses Automatique & Industrie again to manage the energy of its buildings.

Indeed,  during tests, the functionnement of the condensators batteries was not in adequation with the center needs.

That is why modifications were applied on the PLC program which manages the energy.
