AI provided the remote control system for the Djibouti airport's ground lighting in 2003. In 2007, AI returned to upgrade system operations and to provide more advanced maintenance training, including troubleshooting, repairs, and PLC programming and configuration.

Lille Airport decided to overhaul its ground lighting system in order to improve the reliability of remote control and supervision functionalities and to develop a user-friendly stop-bar control interface with an addressable system. The overhaul also offered an opportunity to replace the old control push button desk with high-brightness (350 cd/m²) flat touch-screens made by AI.
AI produced an application of ground lighting monitoring and control of the Madain Saley airport. Thiq application have been developed by PCVUE32. A touch screen PC has been totaly removed to make it more ergonomic and more reactive to air traffic controllers requirements.
